After successful payment confirmation, digital content will be prepared and delivered within 1 business day. Delivery may be provided through email, download links, customer accounts, or other electronic delivery methods.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, including a valid email address, to ensure successful delivery.

2. Physical Products Shipping

In the event that physical products become available, such as CDs, USB storage devices, external media, or other physical formats containing audiovisual content, the following shipping terms will apply.

Physical products will be processed within the timeframe indicated at the time of purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method selected, and availability of the product.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information, when available, after the order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for physical products will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.

Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the customer's country of residence. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges imposed by local authorities.

4. Delivery Delays
